As a social media marketer for Kanto under Thought Collective, I curated an energetic online presence for this Asian fusion restaurant in Belfast, Northern Ireland's university area. Employing creative copywriting and art direction, I tailored content to engage our target audience of young adults. The approach featured vibrant and colorful backdrops in posts and reels, brand-relevant memes, and images of people enjoying Kanto dishes in lively settings and clothing.

Additionally, we introduced a regular graphic series highlighting specific dishes with descriptions and calorie information prominently displayed, transforming our feed into a “menu” for viewers.
